Melissa Foster always writes a gem of a novel and I am here for it all day long!

Seriously, this author is like a golden goose shelling out golden eggs left and right. Her writing is flawless - it's polished, fluid, and engaging. The plot of her books is always so well-crafted and entertaining. The world-building is atmospheric and vividly described.

These characters were so vibrant and stood out for sure. I loved how relatable and distinct they were. Each character had his or her complexities that added a lot of depth to the story. There was great character development and the character journeys are so riveting.

Kane and Sable have push-and-pull chemistry that will drive you crazy in the best way. I loved all the angst and the witty banter. Their chemistry was sizzling and sparks were flying. I couldn't get enough of these two. They were proof that when you find the right person things just fall into place. They had to work for it but it was undeniable.

Overall, Melissa Foster pens an addicting story that you won't be able to put down. I am always so satisfied after reading one of her books. I really loved the dynamics created in this story. This is a book that will make you laugh and cry and everything in between. If you have never tried one of Melissa Foster's books then I wholeheartedly recommend it! She has a huge backlist of books to choose from. I can't wait for her next release!
