This was an adorable and quick read that hit the spot. The story pulled me in and I found myself immersed in these characters' lives. 

Caleb was a character that was easy to empathize with. He was kind of in a life rut but he was determined to turn things around. He prioritizes football hoping to work his way back up. He meets Jodi when he rescues her from a blind date gone wrong. There is an instant attraction between these two. While they are dating, they are both holding back for their own reasons. Caleb was actually really sweet and I adored him. Jodi was a little jaded when it came to love but she is just so adorable. The characters showed some real growth by the end of the book. 

Overall, this is an easy, breezy read that made me smile. I really enjoyed Caleb and Jodi's story and I look forward to more books in this series. I definitely have to go back and read the first book. I recommend this if you are in the mood for a light and pleasant read.
