MY THOUGHTS
So this year was a little difficult for me, but I still managed to read 94 books. Much less than I wanted to read, but life happens. After my husband's cancer and surgery at the end of 2016 (he's now cancer-free, thank the stars!) my family ended up homeless. We struggled for eight months to find a new place to live. It turns out that once you are evicted, no one wants to rent to you regardless of your health issues. And my bipolar disorder ran rampant during this depressing time in our lives. But we trudged on. But we did finally get a place in July and started rebuilding our lives. We made sure to take our children to the library to keep their minds off of our situation. So thank goodness for books! I am hoping that 2018 will be a great year for reading and bookish things!

What are some of your favorite books that you devoured in 2017? What are some books that you are excited to read in 2018? If you took the survey feel free to link me up to yours!
