Clanless is such a strong sequel! It starts out right where Nameless left off, and it does not disappoint.
The character development is really impressive in this book. Zo and Gryphon seem much more sure of themselves. They actually spend most of the book apart, and I think that contributes to their personal growths.
The world building in Clanless is expanded on much more then in Nameless. I was glad to finally get more backstory about this fantastic world.
The plot was just as compelling as Nameless. I loved the plot twists, and I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. The author is so gifted in her writing. The words flow beautifully, and the dialogues are completely believable.
Overall, this is truly a fantastic series! Clanless has action, romance, suspense, and a lovely array of secondary characters. I can't wait for the next book in this series! I highly recommend this entire series.

This is such an amazing book! There was a lot of hype about this book from the book blogging community, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I dug into this one. For once, the hype was well deserved.
The plot is very original and I really appreciated that. I love reading plots with fresh ideas, and Nameless did not disappoint in that respect. There was plenty of action, and the pacing of the story makes you keep turning the pages.
While I thought that the world created was wonderful, I felt like more details could have been added. There didn't seem to be enough of a backstory. The writing itself was strong, and the dialogue was convincing.
The characters were very compelling and well developed. Zo is a strong, very fierce heroine. I enjoyed her character very much. The other characters were equally interesting.
The romance was great. I loved how it was slow building, and not shoved in your face all at once. The romance didn't consume the story, or outshine it either.
Overall, this was a very intriguing story. The plot is solid and the characters are very convincing. I recommend this book to all fantasy and dystopian fans!
