This book really surprised me in all the best ways. I knew from the moment I met these two characters in the other books in this series that I had to know their story. It was like a compulsion. I loved the intrigue that the author used in the build-up to this book. Camden and Katherine were two very complex characters. There was so much more to each of them than meets the eye. They both had things that they struggled with and things that they held back. I adore the secondary characters in this book. Their friend group is amazing. The angst in this story was so satisfying. I loved the connection that Camden and Katherine had. Things between them are complicated but you can tell that they care about each other even if they try to hide it. This is a story that you just have to read for yourself. This story will suck you in. I was so taken with this book. I can't wait for the next book in this amazing series!
